Customer Service Representative – New Zealand

The Customer Service Representative oversees the day to day call center operations. He/ She ensure that there is smooth flow of the operations and contact support to the Foreign Office. He / She also ensure that the needs of the Foreign Office are met and the daily reportorial requirements are submitted. The main task in Call Center department is to process phone in calls and inquiries, ensures timely and accurate response regarding inquiries and complaints regarding remittances. He/ She is responsible for providing satisfactory replies and assistance to the Foreign office, Beneficiaries and occasionally Remitter regarding inquiries, status feedback and complaints.


Functional Competency Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree of any College Course
  • Must have at least 6 months experience at a Call Center Industry
  • Has experience in supervisory level
  • Good computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Result-oriented and must have the ability to handle multitask functions
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Has training in Phone etiquette and business writing are recommended
