The Marketing Officer is involved in managing the sales and marketing activities of his country of assignment. He will be responsible for the profitability/growth of the business. He will manage and monitor if the set targets are achieved and recommend action plans to achieve these. He will also be responsible for the execution of identified promotional activities. He should identify, analyze, develop and recommend business opportunities to ensure growth of the business. He is responsible in overseeing the growth of his country of assignment and ensures the profitability of the country of assignment.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with excellent management and coordination skills, passion for excellence and an unstoppable drive to surpass expectations.

Functional Competency Requirements:

  • A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or any business-related courses
  • Good understanding of relevant legal, technology and communication requirements of the business
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in hands-on marketing or customer service position
  • Minimum of two (2) years sales management experience preferably gained from a financial services organization
  • Candidates must be a residence in Hongkong
