Provincial Head – Toronto
The Provincial Head for our Toronto Canada operations, in collaboration with key internal units of the organization, is responsible for developing, recommending and implementing business strategies within the framework of our business model and available human capital. Responsibilities include targeting key customer segments and positioning new and existing products to increase market share, business alignment and strategic planning.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with excellent management and coordination skills, passion for excellence and an unstoppable drive to surpass expectations.
Requirements:
- A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or any business-related courses
- Good understanding of relevant legal, technology and communication requirements of the business
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in hands-on marketing or customer service position
- Minimum of two (2) years sales management experience preferably gained from a financial services organization
- Preferably has established residence in Toronto for the last 5 years
