Receptionist and Procurement Associate

  • Responsible for managing the front desk and reception area
  • Supporting the office and distribute faxes and incoming correspondence frequently
  • Greet guests and manage the front desk with dependability and reliability in a stable and professional corporate office environment
  • Responsible for assisting office staff as needed
  • Provides support in the area of maintenance, admin and security of the in-coming and outgoing documents such as billing statements etc.



Functional Competency Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree in Business Management related courses
  • Has experience in answering email, phone calls and written communication skills for interacting with internal clients and employees
  • Skilled at interacting in one-on-one situations or a large group setting
  • Has liaison skills at the administrative level
  • Skilled at organizing conferences, meetings and scheduling skills
  • Skilled at administering all the office email through Outlook Express as well as all interoffice communications
