August 3, 2008 - The iRemit team in Vancouver visited Filipinos at Waterfront Restaurant in Gibson Landing, 25 kilometers away from Sechelt. The team took this visit as a great opportunity to present various remittance services offered by the company namely: iRemit Visa Card, iCredit, iNotify, iDeliver and iPay.

17 new clients immediately signed up. Other clients even requested for additional blank application forms to give to their relatives and friends who weren’t present due to work. Because of the success of their visit, the team plans for a series of this activity to reach more Filipinos who are in need of fast and dependable remittance services.

The team would like to thank Ms. Delia Wagman, the point person in Sechelt and Gibson, for inviting OFWs to meet with them.
