As part of its thrust to provide low-cost airfare to Filipinos, Cebu Pacific launched its maiden flight to Taiwan on June 13, 2007. And Blessilda Cruz, Cebu Pacific in-charge of partnership, happily reported that 80% of the passengers were OFWs. In the same event, iRemit introduced its Visa Card to the passengers.
